Owen wins big at Tiger Awards
Elaine Owen of Wirral-based Designated Associates has won the Business Personality of the Year award at the Asian Business Federation’s 2009 Tiger Awards.
The awards recognise the achievements of multicultural businesses in the region. Seven North West companies were honoured at the ceremony. Sarah Bevan-Fischer, regional head of Enterprise UK, the UK’s enterprise charity said: “Elaine is an incredible role model for women entrepreneurs, who has shown that determination, hard work and of course grace are a winning combination.”
